The location was ideal and comfortable, as the Bvv Convention Center was only a 10-15 minute walk away. the classic double room was cozy and had convenient amenities like an electric kettle, a refrigerator, and a personal safe. - the breakfast spread was abundant and delicious, with plenty of coffee available.

Pleasant place with pleasant employees in reception desk. Nice views, ideal and peaceful location close to an event. Based short walk to town center, the trams & bus stops, and a very nice cheap restaurant.

No heating (September) despite cold temperature outdoor resulting in chilly temperature in the room. Additional blankets were provided. Slow and unreliable WiFi internet connection (seems to be an issue in all european hotels).

The room was wonderful with a comfortable bed in a great location easily accessible by public transport, and the staff here was very helpful.

This place has very friendly staff, a good restaurant, and offers a perfect breakfast with a wide variety of options.

There was a reasonable selection of items at breakfast. The staff had good English which made up for our lack of Czech.

We had to wait for more than an hour to be served our meal that we had ordered from the bar between the hotel and the other hotel in the same chain.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the complimentary breakfast buffet that had a great variety of tasty options. the room was spacious and well-equipped. Location-wise, the hotel was conveniently close to public transportation and had free parking available. the staff was friendly and professional, making the experience enjoyable.

The hotel was quite a distance from the city center and getting around by public transportation was not intuitive. the exterior of the building was not the most visually appealing, though the interior was fine.

Its very good ,because very near to circuit and No trafic.
